Building Africa through strong partnerships
Build X Africa develops projects and market opportunities by bringing together international expertise, African execution capability, local knowledge and responsible capital.
We believe successful development in Africa is built through collaboration. Our role is to create the structure that allows companies, specialists, communities, investors and institutions to contribute their strengths within clearly defined responsibilities.
Strong partnerships reduce risk, strengthen local execution and turn ambition into sustainable economic activity.

Institutional Support & Ecosystem
Build X Africa benefits from dialogue, guidance and support from organisations across the Danish and international business and development ecosystem. These relationships contribute knowledge, networks, institutional insight and strategic guidance that strengthen our ability to develop responsible, commercially sustainable projects in Africa.
The organisations presented below are not necessarily commercial partners or investors. Their involvement may include advisory support, ecosystem access, introductions, knowledge sharing or other forms of assistance relevant to Build X Africa and its projects.
Strategic support from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Trade Council Program

Build X Africa is not merely a private company; it is a European-Africa development and investment platform with roots in both Africa and Denmark. The company benefits from dialogue, support and guidance from the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Trade Council Program, which through its sustainability initiatives provides strategic advisory services, international networks and access to relevant partners. This international anchoring strengthens Build X Africa’s ability to develop commercially sustainable projects that create jobs, infrastructure and long-term economic value in across Africa.
Strategic support from Social Entrepreneurs in Denmark (SED)

Through our collaboration with Sociale Entreprenører i Danmark (SED), Build X Africa has received valuable support in organisational development, governance structure and company statutes. SED’s work with social entrepreneurship, knowledge-sharing, competence development and partnerships has helped strengthen Build X Africa’s foundation and opened access to new potential partners in Denmark and Africa. This strengthens our ability to build commercially sustainable projects with measurable social and economic impact.
Local capability. International standards.
Build X Africa does not aim to import complete solutions into Africa. Our partnership model is designed to combine specialist international knowledge with African companies, professionals, suppliers and communities.
Where possible, projects should: Create local employment / Develop African specialist capabilities / Use local suppliers and materials / Transfer knowledge / Strengthen local value chains / Build long-term operating capacity
International partnerships should therefore create more than a completed project. They should leave behind stronger businesses, stronger skills and more sustainable jobs.
